The mod has two versions: One for BLT which changes the name and desc of the Chef Hat and the non BLT version that just changes the icon and mask.

For the NON-BLT Version just drag the folders into your mod_overrides
For the BLT Version open the folder and drag the folders inside your PAYDAY 2 directory.
