How to fix sounds for ">:3"'s weapon mods?
I've noticed he's updated a ton of mods that I already have to add new sounds which I was assuming were just replacements over the stock sounds, however all guns that have custom sounds in game now make no noise. Is there a mod I'm missing that is supposed to implement the sounds or am I missing something else entirely?

There's another problem for me. Custom sounds on those weapons are playing in stereo relative to the position of the weapon model. Basically, only my right speaker will play sounds when firing from the hip because the weapon is on the right side of my screen. When aiming down my sights, both speakers will play at equal volume because the weapon model is centered. But if I aim down the sights and start strafing to the right, the sound lags behind the weapon model and starts playing mostly on my left speaker.
