Ammo Pickup Multiplier Calculation

Hey guys, I just noticed that ammo pickup multipliers on weapon mods prevent Walk-In Closet and Fully Loaded Ace from working.
Anyone knows what file tells the game how to operate that calculation?
Or another way around it, which I don't know if it's even possible - code changing ammo pickup on weapon modifications to specific amount instead of using multiplier, so it can be further affected by skills.

So any custom attachment that have ammo pickup min-max multiplier will nullify Walk in Closet and Fully Loaded Ace effect?
