Ammo Pickup Multiplier Calculation

Hey guys, I just noticed that ammo pickup multipliers on weapon mods prevent Walk-In Closet and Fully Loaded Ace from working.
Anyone knows what file tells the game how to operate that calculation?
Or another way around it, which I don't know if it's even possible - code changing ammo pickup on weapon modifications to specific amount instead of using multiplier, so it can be further affected by skills.

Actually, maybe there isn't any calculation since the game only recognises one of those numbers, but how does it know which one should be used (modded ammo pickup vs skills vs perk deck). Eh this is such annoying bug, idk why they wouldn't fix it.
