Black ops 1 jammer for ECM Jammer (mod_overide)
ECM in payday 2 mod section used to have a Black Ops 2 jammer mod, but that broke and im stuck with boring default ECM.
Im requesting a model port from black ops 1. The jammer below.

p.s The Scrambler from MW3 or The ECM Jammer Mitchell uses in Cod Advanced warfare Mission "Armada" Would also do just fine. (i dont like those 2 games just the "Jammers")
