Payday 2 models for MikuMikuDance

I wanna use these models for MMD, but how do I convert these Payday 2 model files (.MATERIAL_CONFIG and .TEXTURE) into .Obj files to be imported into Blender and then exported as pmx files/models?

You won't have the rigging tho..
As I extract and convert the model using Diesel model tool which doesn't support rigging

Matt's way of using ninja ripper might give u rigging
But I've never use it

Ok, just tell Matt to extract them with Ninja Ripper. I need them rigged. I'm still in the basic stage of modelling in Blender.
