I wanna use these models for MMD, but how do I convert these Payday 2 model files (.MATERIAL_CONFIG and .TEXTURE) into .Obj files to be imported into Blender and then exported as pmx files/models?
You can just torrent the game if you only want the asset..What model do you want? I may or may not able to help you based on that
