I wanna use these models for MMD, but how do I convert these Payday 2 model files (.MATERIAL_CONFIG and .TEXTURE) into .Obj files to be imported into Blender and then exported as pmx files/models?
You get the model files from the inside of payday 2 asset.
Use bundle modder to extract the entirety of payday 2 asset (it will take some time depending on your cpu and ram)
The reason those stuff you linked doesn't have .model files is because it only override/changes the texture of the model. You must get the model itself from the internal asset of the game.
Ok, so you mean I need to download the whole game to get the models extracted?! Or is it just the demo I need to get the models? Uhhhhhhh......... I'm broke and got no credit cards. :/ Yet I need these models so badly! How am I gonna get all this stuff for free????? Like, The enemy characters (SWAT, Taser, Medic, etc) are perfect! They'll play an important role in my MMD video. I hope General McBadass is willing to copy his model files and post them to here.
