I wanna use these models for MMD, but how do I convert these Payday 2 model files (.MATERIAL_CONFIG and .TEXTURE) into .Obj files to be imported into Blender and then exported as pmx files/models?
You use the Diesel Model tool for that
Put in the .model files in Diesel Model tool, and it'll convert it to .obj files.
.texture comes in diffuse and normal
You can use either GIMP with dds plugin
Or if you use photoshop, you use DDSview program to open and save them as psd
I dont think you need the .mat_cfg files outside of payday modding uses..
