[PAYDAY 2] Linux Issues Megathread
I'd like to put together a thread so that the Linux community can get a good idea of what issues are occurring for everyone, versus what may be specific to them.
This thread is not meant as a support thread, but providing assistance is welcome, or as a thread to communicate with the game's developers.
Essentially, if you have a problem with PAYDAY 2 on Linux, reply with the following information:
- Distribution
- Distribution Version
- Output of "uname -a"
- Kernel Version, and information about any patches you have installed
- Description of the problem
- How to reproduce it
If you have a problem, please mention it, even if it's already been posted! I put this together to collect info about the most common problems!

Distro: Debian Testing (rolling release target)
uname: Linux SuperTurboAirConditioner 4.4.0-pf8turbokoopa #6 SMP PREEMPT Wed Apr 6 17:35:14 CDT 2016 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Problem: Voice receive is non-functional
Reproduction: Attempt to hear voice chat users.
Update: Joakim has told me that they "just need to get hold of the right programmer" to fix this, whatever that means, so at least it's still being worked on.
