Silly mod request,
Would it be possible to make a mod that lets you choke out civs? I would assume there wouldn't be any "advantage" to being able to do that, it just would be funny to be able to kill civilians in a new way...

"choking out" as in being able to do a takedown on a civilian like how you can with a SWAT when you take them as a human shield.
