I like playing PAYDAY 3 as a juggernaut with the highest possible dmg resistance for armor plates. I spent all needed 25 points in Titan tree just for that, but I feel unchallenging the last skill. I don't like nerfing special enemies, they should be a challenge no matter what, and that is why I would like to request, if possible, removing all the abilities of this skill, literally making it totally useless, but still giving the passive armor dmg resistance by just taking it.

I'm aware that there are no mods right now that modifies skills, so if the answer is that "it is not possible", wherever the reason, it is alright. But still, I want to get an answer, at least.
