Gonna keep it nice and simple. Will list few things I'd like to see.

1. Variable walking speed and quiet footsteps.
2. Simple vaulting mechanic. No need for crazy animation, would be nice if we can vault over windows.
3. Bracing on to walls and object for better recoil control and long range precision.
4. Handing in task/quest items separately.
5. Craftable improvised medkits for early game. Make it very cost heavy for game balance.
6. Longer Day/Night Cycle.
7. Free look
