QOL - Emphasizing the "discontinued" & "outdated" tags for mod previews
Would be nice to have a colored border on the mod preview whenever it's been tagged outdated or discontinued. Or just be more upfront with the mods that have either one of those tags on them, since the tags aren't auto-organized by priority
