A small adjustment for SuperBLT, or what's commonly known as the Mod Manager

With the Steam and game update to Latin American Spanish, when using the game in that language, instead of using the translations called "spanish.txt" (Spanish from Spain for those unfamiliar), it uses "latam.txt". And since most mods existed before this change, Latin Americans are left with the English translation of the mod, which doesn't find "latam.txt".

The adjustment I'd like to see is that if the mod doesn't have a latam.txt file, it should read "Spanish" instead, please.

Because if I name and add it manually works, but the automatic mod update system detects it as outdated and prompts me to update.
