Is this guide still up to date? I'm trying to do a simple damage value replacement on the SVD and KAR-21 308. I was able to unpack the game and mod the two .tres files in my mod folder, exported the mod with the ModExporter, renamed the .zip to .vzm, and it will show up in the mod loader menu but the new values won't apply.
