I can't download files from the site without a VPN
I'm Colombian, and recently (about a week ago) I noticed that every Payday 2 mod I try to download is giving me an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error on storage.modworkshop.net. Using a free VPN from the Netherlands allowed me to download mods again. Also, without a VIP, the site loads very slowly. I saw that no one else is reporting a problem like this.
Bug
We don't have control over this, this is likely an issue with Cloudflare and your ISP/country.
