Return blue armour to 25% dr
Is there anyway to undo the absolutley insane 60% damage resistance blue armour has now? I used to find the resource managment of using 4 resistance plates really fun but after the buff I basically just feel like Im watching a cutscene

here, reverts the resistant plates to 25% DR and adaptive plates to 5% DR
