Make text color inside mod tags consistent
Some tags have black text while others have it set to white and feels weird to read in light and dark modes depending on the text color.

Some tags have black text while others have it set to white and feels weird to read in light and dark modes depending on the text color.
Next update will introduce a design refresh to the tags making them similarly looking to GitHub tags.
