Small update again

• Fix save UI sometimes not disappearing
• Adjusted the look of the header and search box
• Fixed captcha not resetting properly
• Changed the text when a file is waiting to "Waiting for Submission" to better convey that the user needs to submit the mod for the file to start uploading.
• Changed captcha error to more user friendly text
