Recently Installed the Advanced Photo Mode mod by Shalashaska and was thinking if a thirdperson mod would be possible using similar principles? When pressing F6 enters you in photo mode where you can view your full character model, whereas is other games its just the torso & arms with no head. However, some animations don't play such as shooting, reloading, throwing & interacting with items. Bags don't appear on the players back, neither does holding hostages, so these will somehow have to be added. Animations such as jumping & reloading do play when in photo mode (not sure about walking/sprinting as the mod doesn't allow you to move, so I think). So maybe as a start, a fixed cam preset can be added like pressing F5 or something just like the PD2 Thirdperson mod does. Then experiment adding the animations back on the users screen?
I have 0 modding experience so I wouldn't have a clue how to implement this and may be too complex to achieve anyways, just thought I'd ask the question.
CONCLUSION: Would someone be able to make a thirdperson mod by utilising the principles of Shalashaska's mod if they allow to do so.
