Allows you to group mods.

Some extra features that would be nice:

A way to download every mod and give their respective mods and mod_override folders
Installation script support, eg you download every mod and the collection creator can make a script that bundles them in a certain way
Adds their own files that is not a outside mod but a sort of config file just for the collection
Their own page, like a mod page
