- Click the "Upload Mod" button in the top left of the site.
- Enter a name for the mod. Make it brief but descriptive of the mod's purpose- users will want to know what your mod does before they download it, and searches will be able to find the mod by this name.
- Enter a description. This should be a longer and more detailed description of the mod.
- Indicate which game your mod is for. If the mod is for a game that is not listed, please contact a site moderator to have it added.
- Set the visibility. You will probably want it to be "Public", but it won't actually be published and made public until you've fully completed the mod upload process.
- (Optional) Upload a cover image and a banner image. The cover image is the preview image that people will see when browsing mods, and the banner image is the image at the top of the screen of the mod page, when people click on your mod page.
- Upload your mod file(s). You will want to upload a zip file containing your mod.
- Enter instructions for how users should install your mod. You can also select from a list of "presets" for common installation methods, eg. instructions for installing BLT mods.
- Publish the mod when you're ready for it to be publicly available.
