Player Car-4 customized to match Police Car-4 with some added flair.
The eyesore yellow Tactical Handguard has been reverted and adorned with yellow rail covers instead, as well as an under-mounted taser attached.

Model has been heavily optimized down from 28,000 polys to 5,000. Further reduced to 1,500 with lod model.
Custom textures and normal maps.
Replaces wpn_npc_m4_yellow.

Requires BLT and Beardlib.
Extract to mod_overrides.
