Adds a standalone powerdrill as a saw-type weapon to the game. This comes with counterparts to all the saw's upgrades.

This mod requires BeardLib and Custom Attachment Points.

Known issues:

• The drill head will keep spinning even if you let go of your fire button.
  
• The impact point can be hard to firgure out. Try to aim with the tip of the drill bit.
