One Handed Talent: damage increases by additional 15
Akimbo: no stability penalty
Eco Sentry: cost of deploying gun reduced by additional 10%
Marksman: you gain 8 additional accuracy with all SMGs ARs and SRs firing in single shot mode

Been using V.34 with no probs, this version can't interact/pickup anything.

I have encountered a bug or not but when try take the ace of aces it also removes the ace skill too can you plz fix this or tell me if this intention thing

Just a note. When using this with mods that add skills or custom trees, the game crashes instantly. No idea how to fix this myself. Any ideas?

Resilience Ace of Ace (Increases armor recovery by an additional 50%) is rather overpowered. Suggest reducing it to +15%.

It seems to be bugged, not allowing me to use the interact key at all when enabled. Even when no skills have been set. Should be an incompatibility issue but I've still not seen that before.
