The recent update 167 brought about a nerf to the (in)famous little shield popper, basically running its accuracy and stability into the ground so hard it's gonna show up in a rice field. This mod simply reverts that nerf, instead adding a different kind of nerf to compensate.

Stability up to 52 (from 38
Accuracy up to 64 (from 48)
Damage down to 100 (from 120)

Other stats remain unchanged.
The 5/7 is a utility anyway, and was just fine before said nerf.
