THE ECCHIASM PERK DECK - Ecchi here, Ecchi there, Ecchi everywhere...
(A perk deck using perks from Crew Chief, Rogue, Crook, Hitman, Anarchist, and Yakuza)

Open the README.txt before adding to your mods folder. Mod will also be announced when you join a lobby or game. Can only join lobbies that have this mod installed. 

Perk 1

- 50% Stamina(Whole Crew)
- 10% Shout Distance

Perk 3

- 15% Total Dodge(5% more with ballistic vests)
- 35% Armor Regen


Perk 5

- 35% Total Dodge(5% more with ballistic vests)
- Increases Speed(20%) when Health Threshold is below 25%

Perk 7

- 50% of your health is converted into 100%
- Auto Armor Regen after 1.5s(15s cooldown)

Perk 9

- 2s Invincibility When Armor Breaks(15 second cooldown)
- Low Health Threshold Now Activates at 50% Health

WARNING: Modded perk decks may be considered cheating to other players so use with caution, and also please don't use while other players tell you not to. Thank you.

P.S. upon removing this mod from your "mods" folder your perk points will be reset, and you have to reallocate them for some reason.

if you're removing the restriction.lua, you can just pull out that file, if the mod.txt cant find it, it wont activate anything because it's trying to find the file in that specific location. But when you play online it seems to make you have a high probability of crashing the entire lobby, host and and everyone in it. I've only used it in offline play and it did not crash. I joined a lobby and it crashed. try with friends who have the mod first. If you crash just keep it to offline.

If I remove the restrictions.lua from the mod.txt, do I get marked as a cheater or it just get weird online?

Thanks for the critism. I think I have an idea of what is going to be changed around. If you’d like a message or somethjng when I fix it I’ll do that. I’ve just been testing it in offline play and see how I can make it good. But lets be honest a lot to all the perk decks are underpowered. Literally only work in Deathwish then in One Down you’re basically hiding and spamming Inspire to survive.

I’m not going to add anything but I feel like I know exactly what I’m doing lol

Ecchi-Bot has asked for constructive criticism on this mod and after some changes, I have decided to take a genuine look at it. Here is what I think:

Perk 1: The Bonus shouting range and stamina are very well balanced for a first perk, and play well with Inspire (both normal and Aced). This makes it somewhat of a team-reviving focused deck so far. I like it.

Perk 3: This makes the deck clearly suited for the LBV, which by itself isn't bad. I'm more concerned about the other bonuses though. If you look at the Rogue perk deck (aka THE dodge perk deck) it's third perk gives the user 15% dodge, that's it. Not only does this perk deck go beyond that (20% with the LBV), it gives you a slightly insane Armor Regen bonus and automatic armor regen after 1.5 seconds, all without a single drawback. This perk is extremely overpowered and requires a lot of toning down. I'd recomment taking out a minimum of one of those 3 abilities, maybe even two.

Perk 5: Same issue as perk 3. Not only do you do what the Rogue perk deck does, but you also add a big part of Yakuza and Hitman to the mix, making it objectively better than either of those three perk decks. In my opinion, a balanced perk deck shouldn't make the vanilla ones obsolete. This also needs to be toned way down or add in some penalty of some sort.

Perk 7: A ton of armor without any health reduction is absurd right off the bat, as that makes Anarchist useless as well. Add in the automatic regeneration after 1.5 seconds and it becomes a broken perk deck since almost nobody can tear through all that armor in 1.5 seconds. Not only that, you add in even more dodge (matching Rogue at this point, and Rogue ONLY gives you Dodge). You then add a bit of sociopath, for some reason.

Perk 9: You add a 2s invincibility after your armor breaks... and your armor regenerates after 1.5 seconds. That is clearly abusive as you can regen your armor before your invincibility runs out!. Then you add more Yakuza stuff, and some Grinder health regen in case your Armor does break, which it should never because it is so blatantly overpowered. Once again, this perk is much stronger than any individual perk in all of Payday 2.

In Conclusion: Firstly, let's get this out of the way. In it's current state, this perk deck is clearly, objectively and without any doubt a cheat mod. It makes a ton of perk decks completely obsolete (Armorer, Anarchist, Hitman, Rogue, Crook, Ex-Presidents etc) and gives you the best that all of these have to offer. If you actually want to make this a balanced perk deck, it needs to be re-written from the ground up or you need to add massively crippling penalties on top of nerfing it a ton.

Otherwise than that, I'm just confused by this deck. As I said in Perk 1, it starts off looking like a support deck. Then it adds some dodge, so maybe it's a deck made to run around and heal allies? Then it gets sidetracked and adds some armor regen... ok, maybe it's to exploit the armor gating? But then you add in a ton of armor, so it's now an armor deck? Then there's the Yakuza bits and some Grinder at the end because why the heck not. What I'm trying to say is that it lacks focus. This deck doesn't know what it wants to be and so reeks of a grab-bag of the most powerful perks from every deck you like.

As for your warning at the bottom and your Read-Me, they are no longer really necessary since the restrictions have been restored as the rules of this website currently stand, but you can keep them I guess.

A mod?  Isnt both considered a mod to be honest? When you’re cheating in the game you’re called a modder. And when you’re breaking the games code you’re called a hacker.

This mod is also locked to offline play only but can be played online if everyone in the lobby has the mod so basically like friends only.

The stats do bleed over yes. That’s not even a bug with this specific perk deck I’ve downloaded multiple perk decks and the game seems to think they are all the same perk deck and get buggy. So no clue because I’ve downloaded perks made from the same creator and it happens. So I suggest only using one at a time. Unless you know, the deck was coded in a different way.

@Maple Maniac, The perk deck has been changed a lot since before you came and you cant tell players how they want to play. If you didnt want people removing the announcers and Offline Locked mod code, then you shouldnt have commented each othe the pieces of code. I myself figured out what they did by removing them each and If you want it in there name the Lua something else and remove the comments so players dont mess with code :3 Too bad you’re looking at some who knows how to read code.

and I’m nerfing the deck little by little The health has been toned down and the armor has been reduced by a lot. It’s not a “throw everything in it at once” otherwise You’d gain over 100% dodge. and yes I’ve tried it and it’s possible. and One more fact Someone else has a deck with over 600+ armor along with grinder built in. That’s not broken whatsoever. So please just let the deck take the slow pace of being nerfed. If not then please send feedback not critism

This looks like one of those "add in everything at once" cheat mods I specifically told people not to upload, but if you insist on doing it, don't disable the restrictions. If the perkdeck maker gets taken down, it's because of this sort of abuse

just uploaded a newer version, that is of version 1.0

Health and armor are toned down a lot from the original. also since I see the ballistic vest dodge reduction, i'd like to say it's not giving 15% extra dodge i'm just stating that you get 5% more if you'd like to use the LBV.

Small adjustment to the armor has been made on Perk 7 so it’ll be uploaded later. The health and armor are additional precentages not totals.

 and I’m pretty sure the restriction.lua is in there but if not it’ll be in there with the next download along with a Readme text file explaining how to remove or keep them if they feel the need.

This seems incredibly overpowered. I'm assuming the numbers in perk 7 are the total values in the end? If so, then you need to lock this to offline only. Either that or reduce its power.
