Yea i know, this is an ancient meme and probably shouldn't have been revived, but here we are, i'm actually surprised no one had the idea to do it.

This adds "We Interrupt This Program" by Coburn (Jean Claude Ades Remix) to PAYDAY 2 as a custom soundtrack, it's the song used for the very old NEDM fad/meme.

The stealth theme is At Doom's Gate from the original Doom.
The control/anticipation/assault theme is Coburn - We Interrupt This Program (Jean Claude Ades Remix).

The archive includes 2 folders, one for an intro saying "NEDM" before the assault, the other with just the normal song's intro, you can use both at the same time and they'll have different names in the menu as well, this is just for those who prefer their memes to be authentic. The "NEDM" intro is the one used in many videos which label the song as "NEDM" so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
