Adds in Colt Optic (or is it Barska Optic?) with Carry Handle as Custom Optic sight.
Sight is only usable for M16

I might add it to M4, probably AMCAR too?
I won't add this to Para SMG, or other AR-15 like weapon (HK rifle)
