Adds JS2 PDW as Secondary SMG

Developed by Jianshe Industries, -internally known as QCW-05- to replace several old submachine gun of the PLA in a competition bid.
Beating other model, the QCW-05, nicknamed JS2 outside (read: Payday world), is chambered in special sub-sonic round, the 5.8×21mm DCV05.
Other model of 'JS2' exist that uses the more popular 9mm parabellum, but only intended for outside of military uses.

Features longer barrel, adding more muzzle kinetic for bigger punch down range, and a triplestacked magazine for longer firing capability.
