Allows you to intimidate and convert most gang members from multiple heists (Biker heist, Hotline Miami, Rats, Scarface Mansion, etc.) since it makes more sense than converting police who have been training for years. This mod can sync with others as long as both the host and client have the mod. If a client doesn't have it, only the host can do it. 
Also since gangsters do not have voicelines for getting intimidated, I gave them the standard police lines when they are getting dominated.
