The Guardian has seen many ups and downs over the course of the last few years. This time, I shall be working on it until I am satisfied.
I am in need of testers. Anyone who is willing to test the mod extensively in all scenarios, difficulties and heists are all very welcome and appreciated.

For now, this initial release contains just the new perk deck and is the barebones of the mod.

Cooling Off - Scoring a headshot will regenerate 2 life points every 0.4 seconds for 2 seconds.

Level Headed - The health regeneration is now 4 life points instead of 2.

Urgency - Upon hitting 30% health you will gain a 20% movement speed bonus that lasts for 3 seconds.
This effect can only occur once every 20 seconds, and can only occur once per threshold.

Mantra - Standing still for 5 seconds will begin to heal you for 5 life points every 2 seconds.

Spectacles - Scoring a headshot while armor is broken will regenerate 8 life points every 0.25 seconds for 1 second.
