the effect exists i just wish more modders would use it. Shooting a camera on murky station is the effect im talking about (i want that effect on my tazer knuckles)

Basically, Decker grenades from Saints Row 3. Can you tase yourself if you're in the radius? Does it affect dozers/captain/anything ?
