Yes I have changed this deck from an a-hole troll deck to a support deck.
players now share 200% ammo with teammates

This is a joke perk deck/support deck

You never wanted to kill people but look at were you are now. With this perk deck you don't have to kill anything (it wont let you) now instead you can focus on objectives and helping your team stay stocked up on ammo.

Basically what this perk deck dose is reduces your weapon damage to about 0% damage but gives you good dodge, bonus health, and good health regen. The perk deck itself aims to make you a support player that ensures that your team always has ammo and someone alive to revive them.

Deck bonuses:
+60% dodge
heath max +25%
decent heath regen
share 200% of ammo picked up with team
0.00001% weapon damage
1000% pickup range
lot's of 'do no harm' shtick in the perk description

for the most fun embrace the perk deck complacently and truly become a pacifist

there are ways of cheating around the damage or abusing this deck for grinding but if you end up downloading this  you probably know more efficient ways of cheating.
