the .0000000000000001 weapon values are a bit overkill, don't you think?

I just had an idea what might be the issue, and I was right: you overwrite the single value "self.loose_ammo_give_team_ratio = 0.5" with an array "self.loose_ammo_give_team_ratio = { 1, 2 }". I guess that's what's causing the crash. The game can handle replacing arrays, with other, larger ones, but replacing a value with an array, not so much. At least, after commenting out that line and the usage of it, I didn't crash anymore. (Though we'd be stuck with the 50% ammo share of that original perk deck.)

Also, apart from that: you're breaking the game a bit by not carrying over the original values in the array (the reports about the stealth values being there for other skills too), eg:
Original: {0.1, 0.15, 0.2}
Yours: {0.2, 0.4, 0.6}
Correct: {0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6} or in this special case (duplicate 0.2) like this {0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6}
plus setting up the correct indexes. You have to do this since you don't append values to arrays like you would with lists, but you replace the whole array.
I hope you understand what I mean :D

I already backtracked it to ammo sharing (or whatever gets changed in the last 2 upgrades). Maybe some changes to the way the game handles that have been done?

Oh and the only other mod i currently have installed is wolf hud.

Honestly as much a troll'y perk deck as this is. I can see myself using this legitimately with my group of friends. They mostly end up being the ones to kill enemies for me while I work on objectives.

The A.i with the M4A1 uses this.

Announcement is a bit lack luster. Considering your perk effect is detrimental to team play.
Add in a more descriptive announcement so public player know what their dealing with.

and i dont get extra dodge either

self damage reduction doesn't work, my guns do full damage. ammo pickup rate reduction doesn't work either. also i get the increased pickup range no matter what perk deck i'm using if i have this mod installed

So the "lets **** other people game" perkdeck...

damage absorbing properties from maniac "help your team to be pacifists too!" or something like that
or team damage reduction from like crew chief that works too
