With the help of this community (user test1) I was able to get a lua script working which enables the special kill animations on cloakers and tasers with all characters and all weapons. Decided to throw it together and submit it, that way others who read the thread don't have to manually create the .lua and mod.txt files.

This is the first thing I uploaded here, so I'm unsure about the rules. I've written myself in as the author, because I'm putting it up, and gave special thanks to test1 in the mod description. If that's not how it should be done, I'll change it. I take no credit for the code, all I did was write up the mod.txt file.

TL;DR dismember cloakers and tasers with any weapon or character

is there a way to make the character talk about their taser kill when you headshot them? everyone exept Bodhi will not say a single thing when killing a taser this voiceline also syncs so people won't be able to tell if you killed a taser for them.

Bullet Dismemberment also affects normal cops, which I did not care for. It has more functions, but I couldn't find how to disable it affecting normal cops. Apparently other players in your lobby will always remove limbs. This mod is more straight forward, it just enables the special animations the devs created.

Understandable. I use this mod in conjunction with other mods like AutoGibbon's Messy Package, Corpse Limit Changer, Hollywood Shootout, Bloody Screens, Ragdoll Collisions, ... You get the idea, sort of a total carnage package. If you're looking for something that affects cloakers with all characters, try:

That should enable the special animation with all charged melee weapons. Just equip a long blade. Making it so that it's specific in which melee weapon is possible, but would take some time.

I'd rather have it so cloakers can only be dismembered with melee weapons, preferably long bladed weapons.

You should pack it in the folder first, then in the .rar, just to make it faster to install
