Rebalances the akimbo MP5s to be at least more useable than what they were before.
Adds 3 new attachments for the akimbo MP5s including a 50 round drum mag, Solid Stock and an adjustable stock with all of them including unique stats to them. (drum mag and solid stock won't have icons)

Total Ammo: 180
Rate Of Fire: 750
Damage: 39
Accuracy: 48
Stability: 60
Concealment: 24

Fixed a tiny concealment problem with equipping the stocks. (both solid stock and adjustable stock were supposed to give -2 concealment)
