There's a mod that looks extremely similar called HoloUI. It's just missing the compact teammate design(which I might add in the future as an option) you can change the hud scale to make it more compact.

Hello!,
     CompactHUD is an hud that changes the lower hud(currently) to be more compact / clean.
     By removing ammo from teammates, Making teammates smaller.
     This hud is more for people who care about their game and not about their teammate's game.
     Contains a few customization options for you to play with.

What other huds compacthud supports?
      *Probably any hud that isn't modifying hudteammate too much.

• Pocohud(Disable bottom Infobox and disable Roman Infamy Numbers if you don't want any issues)

Installation:     Drop the folder inside the zip file inside your mods folder.
