All of the changes in this mod are nerfs, I don't think this deck needs a single buff.

Card 1

• Cooldown reduction on kill changed from 6 to 2 seconds per kill.

Card 3

• Removed health bonuses.
• Added 15% dodge chance, previously from card 5.
  For those who didn't know this is an undocumented stat.

Card 5

• Moved 15% dodge chance to card 3.

Card 7

• Removed 20% dodge for 30 seconds after a kill during the effects of pocket ecm.
• Added 15% dodge chance, previously from card 9.
  For those who didn't know this is an undocumented stat.

Card 9

• Moved 15% dodge chance to card 9.
