Allows the user to remotely activate the feedback mode of already placed ECM jammers by pressing keybinds.

Comes with keybinds for activating:

• The ECM you are looking at;
• 1st placed;
• 2nd placed;
• All.

Comes with options for:

• Remotely activating ECMs during stealth, is off by default and it's meant to prevent accidental activations. However I left it as an option in case someone for some reason wants to activate feedback mode during stealth, which will obviously break stealth since I didn't actually change how feedback mode works.
• Remotely activating your teammates ECMs using the looking at keybind, is also off by default. This is meant to be used with friends, I do not condone any possible trolling that can be done with this feature.

No plans of adding individual keybinds for ECM counts beyond 2.

Minimal client side testing was done, but it seemed to work without any issues.

Known issue: you can activate other peoples ECMs without having your mask on. Not gonna lie it might just be a feature now I really can't be arsed to fix it.
