Changes icons for Shock Baton and Welrod(Pipette Mk.2) to the ones used in FedNet.

DISCLAMER:
I am completely useless when it comes to any form of artistic modding.
So of course I couldn't get the proper proportions for the icons, so I just fucking eyeballed it lmao.
Icons are slightly bigger than vanilla but I don't care. Having 2 non colored items was bothering me so until someone makes a better version this will do.

I feel like I shouldn't need to say this but no the thumbnail is not how big the icons look ingame, I just couldn't be asked to edit the image better.

Added a few preview images in case someone is worried i butchered the icons too much xd.
The Welrod looks a bit too big in the briefing inventory but even the vanilla one does imo.
