Shuts off the police watch you encounter when in FreeDrive mode.
It handles it in two ways: It stops police cruisers from spawning during the trigger and just in case the police watch is activated, anything you crash into won't add to the gauge.
This does not turn off FreeDrive crates. For that, check Disable CAU crates by QuantumTube. Couldn't come up with a thumbnail.
