Anyway here's what it does.

Card 1: Trained in the Chat Warfare

Your experience in the chat warfare have given you massive experience in debating others.
However with all that training you forgot to train your physical endurance. Your stamina is reduced by 75%.

Card 3: Intimidating Presence

Weaker being are heavily intimidate by your presence and especially your words. Your shout distance is increased by 25%.

Card 5: Glorious Mass

While your mass helps you intimidate weaker beings, it does make you move 50% slower.

Card 7: The Banhammer

Any cop you kill will be now permamently banned from any discord servers you moderate.
That will teach them to not post memes in general.

Card 9: Hard Earned Rest
After a whole day of banning trolls and debating idiots you need to unwind. Unlocking the Gas Dispenser throwable.
However all that Vaping isn't too good for your health. You lose 25% max health.
