This mod is an aprils fools joke, it makes it so you are tased whatever you activate pcm, your health is reduced to 225 max with hacker, you take 25dmg for every kill during the pcm effect, the pcm doesnt stun anyone anymore and it removes every thing bit of dodge you have : )
