Standalone compatibility patches for mods that crash or misbehave during Crime Spree.

Currently patches:

• Extra Heist Info (EHI) — fixes access violation crash caused by assault callback in Crime Spree mode
• Full Speed Swarm (FSS) — prevents crash when FSS tries to spawn units that aren't loaded in Crime Spree
