Implements sharpshooter skill tree to revolvers! I mainly wanted it to only share graze from snipers but shit happened and i extended it a bit more.
Although it is in the code I cannot honestly tell if these skills work

Will probably not update this mod as this was just made for fun!
Works only on client side meaning if your a host and use it hoping its functions get shared to other players, doesn't work.
