Removes the dumb stupid dumb idiot pattern from the Martial Law mask that personally always annoyed me. Meant for applying materials and patterns, but it looks solid on its own.

You can use this as a template, but if you want specific masks, check out https://wiki.modworkshop.net/books/payday-2-mod-creation/page/masks and use Diesel Bundle Viewer to edit the .texture files. Have fun!
