this can't be fixed unfortunately. this 3kliksphilip video explains it better than i can but...
tldr: most common screen resolutions are even numbers while crosshairs like this are 1 pixel thick so they try their best to be center, but they arent truly center,,,

also yes some of them are like 1000x1000 because PD2's image scaling (or rather, lack of it maybe?) makes it so that they need to be BIG or maybe im stupid :DDD
