If a hacker (Or a mod you don't/didn't want) increased your cash/offshore cash to max say 800 billion, you can use this tool to clear it to 0!
As soon as you load the game your cash will be deleted, this does not include continental coins, weapons, boosters, etc.
Another thing to note: This was meant to be toggled by the keybind "F10" but in my experience I wasn't able to get it to work on a keybind so it will start automatically when opening the game.
