The vast majority of voice lines have been restored during the control phase. Hoxton now uses the correct lines to intimidate civilians and Jokers, as well as the kill confirms for special enemies (except for the Sniper and Medic, who already have their own derived lines).

The only incomplete thing is still the lines when spotting special enemies during the control phase (excluding the medic and sniper), but overall Hoxton now feels really natural and consistent

If anyone from the Sidetrack Games team sees this mod, I want to let them know they have my approval to make it part of the official game so we can finally fix Hoxton, who's been incomplete since 2014. Please don't forget to give me credit for this work.
